  • Has there been a death in the family and you need help sorting through belongings?

Our Process:

You can Book us Online

or By Contact: You reach out to us by Phone call, Message or Email and explain your concerns and needs. We discuss your options and plans to move forward.

Send Materials: We can schedule a free phone call or a video call after receiving pictures and videos of the areas.

No Commitment Consultation:  We can schedule an in person Worry-Free Consultation where we can discussed everything possible to take your home to where you need it to be, we will make plans and decisions on products so you can do it yourself or we do the project for your. ($150/hr)

Moving Forward: To set up a date we need to talk about your availability and if you have any time line we need to know.  

Deposit: To secure the Appointment Date we require a $153 Deposit, that will be deducted from your final Invoice Due at the end of the Service. If multiple appointments are needed a deposit per each day is required.

Information: To create your Invoice our accounting team will need, your Name and Last Name, Email address, Physical Address to be sent to our company Phone number via Text (772-341-8670) ...After receiving your information our accounting team will send an Invoice via Email so you can be able to pay your deposit.

Booking: After receiving the deposit, the system will  automatically schedule your appointment and you will receive a confirmation message.

Shopping: You can buy organizing items for your project or order it via Amazon/Walmart...etc (products need to arrive before the appointment) or we can plan a budget for your project and I can do the shopping for you ($65) receipt will be provided.

Project Day: As we set the time to arrive at around 10am, please always give us a 30 minutes window of arrival due to unexpected issues, weather conditions or traffic, we will always keep you posted via text message on our exact ETA.

Please also have available Paper Towels, Trash Bags (big ones if possible for trash or donations) and any organizing items bought or anything you have around the house that we can use.

                    

 

​​        What we do on Project Day:

  1. Decluttering: Removing every item from the original space  (UnPacking) - Placing Unwanted Items into a donation bag)

  2. Cleaning: Wipe down surfaces to create a fresh start.

  3. Categorization: Sorting items into trash, keep, or donate piles.

  4. Space Planning: Designing a custom solution to maximize your space.

  5. Re-decor and/or Redesign your Space (if needed)

  6. Organization: Putting back only the items you are keeping, organized and functional. (By Shape, colors and Sizes)

  7. Braking Boxes (Unpacking) -> We Can't take boxes to trash

  8. Placing Trash into Bags (Unpacking) -> We Can't take Bags of Trash

Pricing Organizing

Hands on the project: 

(Medium to Big Projects )

*Professional Organizer with 1 Assistant: 4hrs $350 ($87.5/hr) 

*Professional Organizer with 2 Assistants: 4hrs $410 ($102.5/hr)

*Professional Organizer with 3 Assistants: 4hrs $490 ($122.5/hr)

*Professional Organizer: 4hrs $300 ($77.5/hr)

*Organizer Assistant: 4hrs $270 ($67.5/hr)

Consultations

* FREE: Text, Call, Video Call (30 minutes)

* In Home with the Professional: $150/hr

-> UnPACKING SERVICES:

*2 Organizers: 4hrs $370 ($92.5/hr) minimum

Before we get started:

->To ensure we provide the best possible service, we work on a minimum 4-hour booking basis. This allows us to thoroughly understand your project requirements, deliver exceptional results, and exceed your expectations. The 4-hour minimum applies to all projects, and any additional time required will be billed accordingly after the Services is Completed.

-> Please note that while we strive to provide accurate estimates, the actual time required for each project may vary depending on the level of organization, task complexity, and individual client needs. We understand that every home and client is unique, and we'll work with you to ensure a thorough and efficient service.

-> After Online Time Estimate ends (if approved extra time to finish the project) you will be charge $85/hr for organizing and $90/hr fir Unpacking Services.
